Chances and Questions regarding English/Polisci

First and foremost, I want to say congratulations to everyone who made it to NYU. It's a great school, and it's starting to become my favorite college option.

Anyways, I've a few questions and a favor to ask. First, how's the English program and the Polisci program in CAS? How's the grade inflation in CAS? In general, how are the dorms in NYU? Small? Cramped? Just right? Public bathroom? Private bathroom?

Next, the favor (though not the main point of my thread). It'd bring much joy to my heart if someone here could chance me (though the information is scarce at the moment). I decided to not take SAT Is, though I am going to take SAT IIs (English and USH).

ACT-33 Composite: 32E, 28M, 34R, 36S
GPA-3.5 UW.

I don't know about the English/PoliSci programs except that I think they're pretty good.

I know a lot about the dorms, however, and I can tell you that they all have private bathrooms and some are rather small while some are rather big. Prospective students toured my dorm room last fall and I kept hearing the tour guide say that my room was the normal size for rooms (ahem it was HUGE - hardly the same size as the rest on my floor or any other dorm I had ever seen). I really just depends on your luck. Weinstein is awful, I must say.

Your stats look good but there's so much more they base it on than just those two things...
