immigrant needs help on how to go to college
Hi, my name is miguel and i just migrated 6 months ago from the Philippines. I'm a permanent resident now here in california and I wanted to go to college, my dad is now unemployed cause of the recession and I dont even know where to start. I want to go to college, i tried to apply online for financial aid but i don't know what to do next.

If anyone could possibly help me, I would really appreciate that.. thanks!
