Okay... notification yet?
Is there anyone out there who has heard back from NC State yet about their decision??? If so ---- what date did you apply so i can get an idea of how close they are to sending my letter out (since NC State does the reviews on a rolling basis)

I would appreciate it very much if somebody could satisfy this curiosity of mine...

D. sent her transfer application in around 20 something of Oct. and not heard anything yet.

Personally, I didn't apply. But, there have been about 10 or so people that I know that have heard back from state. Sorry, I don't know anything about when they aplied.

yeah that's the thing with rolling basis notification... i applied like on the last day so i guess i got a couple more weeks...

where do you live at; what part of NC? Nobody from my school has heard back yet...

What did you select as your major???

I'm Actually From Upstate New York. I applied on November 1st and I got my acceptance about a week ago. I intend to major in Meteorology and my HS Stats are the Following:

SATS: 1310 / 1600
ACT: 26
GPA: 3.8 Unweighted
CLASS RANK: Top 15%

I applied Oct. 23, and I heard back around Dec. 10. My friend applied Oct 26, and he heard back today.

i'm instate... and i applied on nov. 1 (have not heard back; in fact, my application still reads "submitted" and all my supporting documents are in)

maybe you heard back so early because of your great stats... b/c mine are good enough for state but not great... and my math SAT is right at 700 but i did not break 1300 like you "realworld"

Pride, don't know if it is different for transfers, but my daughter applied near end of Oct and it still says submitted. She has a 3.9 gpa and will have a BS degree in May--she is wanting to pick up a different major at State. Anyway, she hasn't heard yet.

well, the only thing that gets me is the fact that my friend applied like 2 days before me and her application status changed from "submitted" to "under review" about a week ago... she doesn't have special stats either (i'd say on the lower end)... so they MUST at least be close to review the rest!

I got in 2-3 weeks ago. I applied by nov. 1 though. uhh stats?
sat: 1340/1600
rank: 3/179
gpa: w: 4.73 uw: 3.92
i got accepted into their aerospace engineering program
