I got this on my Wolfpaw account:

Your application for admission has been reviewed and your academic credentials are competitive for admission in College of Engineering - Electrical Engineering, However, before your application can be accepted, you must provide documentation that you have adequate finances to meet your expenses here and, if you are currently in the United States, that your visa is accurate.

Does that mean I've already been reviewed and got in or havn't been reviewed yet? Thanks.

It sounds like you will be accepted if you provide the requested documentation.

You were accepted...but you are obviosuly an immigrant or something, so they cannot let you in unless you have a valid visa, and since immigrants can't get financial aid, that you can pay for the school in full.
