It all depends on your major. If you're looking into Engineering you better start working and hard! I got in with a much lower SAT score. Is your GPA unweighted?

I applied with a similar GPA and considerably less extracurriculars and was accepted. (College of Ag & Life Sciences) However, my SAT was pretty strong (1400) and I like to think my essays were nice. (:

Honestly, if your grades continue to become stronger and you write decently, I believe you should be fine.

I got into the honors program with a 1380/1600 SAT, 3.85 weighted GPA, few extracurrics and so-so essays. I am out of state and applied as a physics major if that means anything.

I had wrist cancer, and I applied to NCSU against all odds. I foretold the prophecy of the decision letter...it was good.

LOL JK

Anyway, I got in RD, but since I declined admission, I don't know if I made the Honors program or not. You should be fine. GL
