Concerned with Stats or Whole Person?

I'm curious as to they view the stats or lean towards the whole person view? Also, is it somewhat easier to be accepted during the Spring semester?

Attended Public School (2004 Grad)
Applying to Northeastern University for the Business Program (Spring 09)
GPA: 2.0 (3.4 the first two years, had some family and personal problems the last 2, obviously)
SAT: 04/2003 1090 560R 530M, 01/2005 1190 630R 560M
Recommendations: I could get HS Teacher/counselor recommendations again but I also more current ones from my superiors. All of them would be good.
Work experience: 3 years grocery store, 4 1/2 years of Army Special Operations
Cross Country, Indoor Track, Spring Track -- Captain
Multiple combat rotations

Financial Aid won't be too much of a problem, between myself and my parents to help out if need be.

Would I be considered as an adult or 'continuing studies' student? I have a current friend from HS that is about to graduate from their engineering program. I have attended many of his classes when there was a spare seat and have a good feel for the university.

I'm trying to establish a link with the admissions office, but I'm not having too much success.

Any suggestions?

Visit Campus > Admissions Officers

The above is a link to regional adcoms for NEU. Can you contact the person for your area via email and ask some of these questions?
