Hi,

So i'm applying to Northeastern for Early Action and made the mistake of sending in the supplementary first, 5 days before I sent in my Common App. I didn't know we had to send them in at the same time. Until a few days ago. That being said, I've received login information to track my application status from the other schools I applied to Early, and I still haven't gotten anything from NEU. Is it because of the big size of the school that they haven't gotten a file for me yet? I don't want to not qualify for EA at Northeasten simply because I sent in one part earlier than the other. It's one of my top choices!

So if you (have) applied to NEU, did they send you any portal login information yet?

My son just hit the submit button last night - both common app and supplement. He hasn't gotten any email acknowledgment of any kind yet, but it's only been one day.

My son hit submit over last weekend and got his login information yesterday - so it did take a few days. He sent Common App and supplement at the same time - I think on Sunday.
Hope that helps.
I'm also sure that as this week has progressed they've gotten more bogged down with apps coming in as the Nov 1 deadline approaches, so it may take a bit longer. You could call the admissions office and check with them - that's always the best way to go.
