Would i be able to get in with some merit money?

I go to a rigorous private high school on LI, where i am taking the most rigorous schedule. I wrote great essays, checked over by my english teacher and blah blah so I'm good there. My teachers wrote strong recommendations and i have good EC's. They are as follows:

Social Studies club: 4 years, an hour a week 36 wks per yr

Library Service: 3 years, 4 hrs a wk, 36 wks a yr

Intramural Officials Club: 2 yrs, 2 hrs a wk, 36 wks a year and i am a senior officer.

Went to Boys State

Senior Leaders: Help Freshman adjust to new school and go to an inner city elementary school and assist with teaching and other activities, 3 hrs a wk, have and will continue to participate.

90/100 UW (We dont offer APs, therefore no weighted averages)
Top 15%
Applied early action

SATs:
CR-640
M-660
Wr-590

I'm not applying for need-based FA so i was wondering if i would receive merit money.
