Admitted Student Visit Day

Hello,
I was wondering if Northwestern had some special day for newly admitted students to come and visit and do some orientation thing.

I couldn't find the information on the NU website.

Does anyone have the info?

Thanks!

In April, there is Preview NU when only admitted students come to campus, sleep in dorms and get to see more of life on campus. There isn't a ton of information about it on the NU website http://www.ugadm.northwestern.edu/ad...preview-nu.htm , but there should be more soon. I highly suggest attending, even if you got in ED, because it's very fun and you meet a lot of cool people.

There is now info, three different two-day dates available. Going 4/23-24.

Only the first 200 per night get accomodations, though, right? I'm one of those people who doesn't want to lose out on opportunities...and I am chomping at the bit to discuss this with my mom to see if I can go April 16-17. I'll probably have to pay for the airfare myself, but I'm willing! I'm SUPER excited! =]

A tip if you are going to stay in Evanston: did Priceline for a 4 star hotel (there is only one in evanston, borders NU) at $69 for 4/23 and it was accepted. So nice cheap stay at what appears to be a nice hotel.

Interested in decent accomadations try Janet's B&B. By no means elaborate, but adaquate. Rates start @ $69 for a semi private or $129 or there abouts for a private. This is loacted about three blocks from campus.
