I'm at a bit of a roadblock here, maybe others are having the same problem. I've been accepted to and will be enrolling at NU, but before I can get all of that done I have to register my u.northwestern.edu email account and file my tuition and housing deposits. I've done the latter two, but I can't seem to figure out how to register my email. I haven't found anything on CAESAR, and the letter they sent me saying I needed to register simply said "You should be able to register your e-mail". Helpful. Has anyone figured it out, or are they met with the same problems?

On another note, I've filed my deposits but CAESAR is still prompting me for them. Is this normal too?

did you activate your NET ID? usually you do those together. try following the steps of activating the NET ID and hopefully it'll somehow lead you to the page that lets you activate your email.

although.. i was under the impression that if you are able the check your Caesar account, you have already done all the NET ID and email stuff.. good luck

Go to Northwestern WebMail and register your email.

I wasn't able to check CAESAR until I'd registered an email. I tried skipping that step because it felt too much like commitment. It didn't work. Had to register. I have no idea how or why you managed to get past that step. G/L.

Got it. Apparently it was caused by a browser issue during registration. Opera users, better dust off that IE or Firefox.
