a little confused: you want to apply as a junior? or do you mean as a senior for ED/RD.
there's no "required" or cut off for GPA and SAT scores when you apply to virtually any college. In fact, there's really no formula of Grades/scores/extracurric that will guarantee admission anywhere. For Northwestern, to be admitted at all I think you have to be pretty well rounded, strong in various areas.
here's a general idea of the kids who matriculate however:
Middle 50%
SAT Critical Reading: 670 - 750
SAT Math: 690 - 780
SAT Writing: 670 - 750
ACT Composite: 30 - 33
source: CollegeBoard.com (not sure how accurate, but i'm guessing it's a good estimate. i couldn't find stats from the NU site. anyone?)
Also a word of caution: Just from common experience, I've found that by 10th grade, not very many kids declare a major realistically. If you are absolutely sure that you want to go into marketing (as in, you've wanted to do this your entire life), then the best thing would be for you to apply yourself in that field as best you can as a high schooler. Otherwise, you should keep yourself open to a little wider range of interests. Remember, it's not a matter of how many ECs you take, but the types and how they are relevant to you as a person.
