duke vs. northwestern

my friend is considering premed. not 100% sure about it, but cannot decide b/c he's from the northern midwest, now lives in the south.
can anyone compare the two, give any suggestions, or any links to any info about the premed @ either school? thanks
i know there have been lots of good premed school things but they weren't too helpful

Both will serve him well from a premed standpoint. Really, assuming there isn't a significant financial difference, he needs to visit both and just see which atmosphere he likes better. To try to choose based on trying to game the system and which one is "better for premed" is silly - they are both top schools with excellent reputations that will take you anywhere you need to go.
