Now that it is past may 1st, I thought it would be appropriate to make a thread where we can post if we made it off the waitlist!

I hope to be off the waitlist but I'm kind of sceptical about it -- I'm an international asking for aid -- so I guess if they haven't decided to accept me rd - they won`t do it now but after all hope dies last -- good luck to everyone

i dont know how reliable this is but two people have told me that they have gotten off the waitlist already.

were they notified today? i live in friggin arizona, i get off school when they leave the office! i wanna know.... and my admin rep is leaving town. does that mean i won't find out until she gets back?

What time of day were they notified that they got off the waitlist? Also, if they have Caller ID, does it show the number or "Restricted"?

This has to do with law school, not undergrad, but I thought you waitlisters might find this amusing.
A friend of ours had applied to NU law school and Wash U law school, and was waitlisted at NU. He rented an apartment, made all the arrangements, and come August, drove down there, unpacked his things, got all set up, etc. with the intent of starting the law school in the coming week. His father called him -- he'd gotten accepted at NU! So, after ONE DAY in St. Louis, he packed up everything he'd just unpacked, and came up north again!

oh god... so nervous! i can't believe my admin rep is leaving.... i just really want to know either way NOW. This is much worse thann April 1st. At least we knew when to start freaking out. This could all be completely pointless... but the thing is, I REALLY DESERVED to get in. No lies. So i'm really nervous. It's this or state public now.

supposedly on the thread for all the waitlists on the main page, it say that northwestern's waitlist is active, but I havent heard anything yet.
