Keeping Options Open?

I was accepted to Notre Dame November 30th through this thing called QuestBridge (basically a college application for poor kids) as were 11 other kids.
My problem is that Notre Dame's acceptance was non-binding so I've began wondering to which other colleges I should keep applying, just to "keep my options open," as my college counselor said.

Where else are other Irish kids applying?

Also, give me your stats just so I can see if my acceptance wasn't some kind of crazy fluke on the admissions office's part...

Why would you ever want to go anywhere else?

But in all honesty, you might want to check out this thread: Class of 2012 --- The Other Schools

I'm worried about their engineering program.
Apparently they don't even have bio engineering.
So yeah, worried.

well true
but under Chemical Engineering they have BioMolecular engineering
and my sister is in Comp. Eng. and loves it and she thinks the engineering program in general is really good. Plus they're building a new engineering building, and just built the Jordan Hall of science so there is all state of the art equipment.
