Apparently the letters went out today and I am wondering if anyone else is going as crazy as I am waiting for them? Also does anyone know how many kids applied/how many they usually accept?

Today (3/27) according to one of the local South Bend News channels ND sent out notices and said ND is accepting 1985 students. It was said there were 14,000 applications, but they didn't say it as if that was the exact number of apps. Good Luck!!!!

Craziness abounds at my house right now... it has been building for the past 109 days (yes, I have kept a countdown to April 1st- commonly referred to as "D-Day"- since the day I sent my application (December 8)). I'm driving my parents bananas. I've been on the verge of tears a number of times... and I don't even have a decision yet. So, I know where you're coming from. A lifetime of dreaming could either come true or be absolutely crushed in a matter of hours.

if you got into Duke would you say its almost a guarantee that you would get into ND? I'm really excited for the letter...hopefully its a big, white, 8 by 12....not a dinky normal one ha
