Chances

Just wondering my chances, I know my freshman sophomore GPA are low and my current reading score on the SAT is low, but I am retaking the SAT and should bring the reading score up to 630-660.

SAT, math-710 reading 540
GPA freshman/sophomore weighted 3.58 at a very competitive school
moved overseas for junior and senior year GPA 4.0 un-weighted.
Class rank 1 of 40
NHS member for junior and senior year
NHS president senior year
MHS member junior and senior year
JV football, basketball, baseball- freshman sophomore year
V soccer basketball volleyball track- junior senior year
captain of V soccer basketball volleyball junior and senior year
JV football captain sophomore year
Central Asian Soccer All-Star junior and senior year
Class representative junior year
School president senior year
Student Gov. rep. freshman sophomore years
Columnist for high school newspaper my junior year.
Lots of community service almost 100 hours
Legacy of the University (my dad attended and my mom was at St. Marys)
Have lived overseas for 5 years of my life in the Middle East, Northern Mariana Islands, and Kazakhstan.
I have applied for the NROTC scholarship and am pretty sure that I have it.
I am semi-fluent in Russian.

I know I will not get in with my current reading SAT score, but if I pull it into the 600's what are my chances.

Be honest, and thanks

I'd say if reading breaks 660, you have a pretty good chance.
