What do parents wear to orientation picnics/receptions
My husband and I were invited to two picnics and several receptions during orientation. I love ND already. I can't believe they extended such a welcoming environment. Now, what to wear. Are the receptions formal? A picnic has to be casual...right?

Yes, picnic is casual. We attended a couple of receptions as well--more business casual at the receptions. As I recall, our student did not attend the receptions, either, they were for parents.
