Just wanted to say hello and congrats to all the new members of the Class of 2012 at NYU. Hopefully everyone shares the same excitement!! Hope to hear from all of you on this thread...
I got accepted last week! I'm so excited, I really hope that I can pull it off financially and everything. I'm debating on whether I should go to the welcoming event in a couple weeks. Does anyone know if it would be worth flying out for only a couple of days?
Given the possibility of the meeting having something to do with scholarships, I would say that its likely worth your visit. And if it isn't, you still had an opportunity to further acquaint yourself with NYU.
Luckily for me, I have flight benefits and friends in NYC. Nice and free.
I got in and I am very happy!!! Very good school and I am planning on dorming ( I live 30 minutes away via subway) to complete the whole NYU experience.
