Tisch HS Summer Program?

Has anyone attended the Tisch summer school for high school students? My high school junior is interested in the acting program abroad, either in Paris or Dublin. Reviews from participants would be so helpful as she tries to make her decision. Thanks!

My daughter attended the Summer Program for High School Students this past summer. She wasin teh Photography and Imaging program.
I can't say enough about it! She had a tremendous experience! The instruction she received was more than I expected on every level - we saw her talent, skill, and love for her art increase. The parent program at the end blew me away.
Tisch was expert at keeping the kids busy. They went to many galleries and museums. The guest speakers adn assignments were interesting and stretched my daughter to new places in photography. Of course, the city was full of activity - a Mets game, Broadway theater, Coney Island were just some of what they did.
My daughter made a comment after the first week: "Mom, all these kids are like me - they think like me. They take pictures of everything. I fit in here, Mom".

What more can I say? I only wish they had a PArt 2 for this summer. My dd is currently a junior and we are on the hunt to fill this coming summer with something that will continue the growth reveived from last summer. Gonna be hard to find something.
My dd is planning to apply for Ed next fall.

Good luck! I'll be glad to answer more specific questions.

PS - one thing I do remember is that admissions into the summer program is looking for passion rather than a lot of accomplishment. This should show in the essay.
