tisch/steinhardt summer programs

Hey, I'm new on the site and I had a question about applying for the tisch (cap 21) and steinhardt summer programs. I know that you can't apply to both colleges but can you apply to both summer programs and then go to which ever you get into, or can you only apply to one?

I'm assuming you're in high school? If that's wrong, what follows may be wrong, too.

If I were in your shoes, I would download both summer applications. Unless one of them says explicitly, "if you apply to this summer program, you may not apply to another," I would think you would be perfectly free to apply to both.
