When will we hear about decisions?
I applied around the end of September–*when we start hearing back about decisions? I've heard both middle of November (now) and 12/1.....which is right?

I just learned that I was accepted today. My application status changed to "Admitted". I am an Ohio resident so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

I sent my app in 9/16, but I believe my transcript didn't arrive until 9/25 or 9/26, so I would think they started evaluating me around that time.

I thought they said no earlier than Dec 1, but my sons status changed to admitted also. Instate and applied 9/23...all forms were already in at that time.

I haven't checked my status in a couple of weeks but I checked today and it changed to "admitted"! So I guess they've decided sending them out!

I applied late September. Out of state, by the way!

How exciting to hear about these acceptances! I am really curious about stats of the admitted. If anyone can post their scores and gpa it would be really appreciated. The
waiting is killing us! The transition to the Common App will sure to increase the applications this year!

SAT II: n/a
ACT: 31
GPA (weighted): Somewhere around 3.9 or 4.0!
Other stats: Er... Well I'll have had 8 AP classes by graduation?

Don't be nervous! And I'm pretty happy with the common app switch, I saw the essay last year and honestly wasn't sure what I would write for it. And the fact that there are no supplement essays to write will probably just bring more applicants.
