I am from ohio,

I cant tell you 100 percent but I assume its like all state flagship and even state universities where the states' students are given preference. I mean that is the reason of a "state sponsored" school. Of course now with economy the way it is I have heard state school wanting the oos tuition so...

short answer: yes
long answer: depends on stats, state of economy

Now is it easy, i wouldnt call it easy but its really not that hard. I have heard 3.0 and 28, i have heard a 3.8 and 26, i heard a 2.9 and 31, for me im really hoping a 3.837 and a 25 (28 or 29 math) will get me to columbus for first year engineering.
