Don't know what to do..(Considering completing my A.A online)

I was raised in Miami and attended a community college there after high school. I was doing well until I had to unexpectedly move to Puerto Rico last year. I am still living here in PR, but I hope to move back to the states in about two years.

I was taking two online courses with my school before moving and wasn't able to finish them cause of the moving process and failed them. It's been a year since I haven't been in school so last year messed up my studies.

I now want to get back on track and finish my A.A degree. I contact my community college from Miami and they said I can still finish my A.A online with them BUT I am under a suspension alert for missing school that whole year and will need to do an appeal letter in order to receive financial aid. (I already know what to do with that).

My thing is .. I am now considered an out of state student with the community college I use to go to. Tuition for Resident students is $73 and out of state students $219. If I take virtual classes they also add a $15 fee per credit. So I am worried that I don't receive enough financial aid to cover at least half or some.

If it's a struggle to take courses with this community college, would you suggest me considering another college where I can complete my associates in arts degree? If so which?

P.S. I don't want to take courses here in PR for the simple fact that I want a school with all English courses and I speak Spanish but not good enough. :/
