New jersey institute of technology (NJIT) vs Stevens institute of technology

Hello all,

Thanks for your help. I just got into Stevens For their online graduate masters in information systems. I got into Njit for their online grauduate business and information systems.

I'm having trouble deciding which one I should accept. Could anyone help me?

I have a undergrad in computer science. I will be working full time. Stevens will be approx 400 more per credit. Which school do you think has the better reputation and would suit me best?

Thanks for your help!

..

NJIT is more recognized for its integration of business and CS (IT field) but Stevens is also recognized for its CS department. Honestly there equal opportunities at either school, if anything Stevens because of its New York connection. Hope that helped.

I don't think it really matters that much. Your full-time work experience and performance will be far more important. If your future employer is going to pay for your tuition, pick Stevens. Otherwise I would just settle at NJIT and focus on doing well at the job.
