Any post baccalaureate programs without a minimum GPA requirement?

My friend just graduated from UC Berkeley this spring and she graduated with a low GPA (mid 2.0 if I had to guess) with a B.S. in Bioengineering. Looking at the tough economy right now, she's definitely having a hard time looking for a job since she doesn't really have a chance in Graduate School. It's to the point that she's considering on giving up and just working at a customer service job. I, as a very close friend of hers, told her that she shouldn't give up and that she should pursue a post baccalaureate program or any program that would give her a better chance to be employed. I was wondering if you guys have any recommendations on what she should do.

I told her to look for post baccalaureate programs but she says that all of them have a 3.0 GPA cutoff. I don't really know if this is particularly true. Are there any post baccalaureate programs in California that do not require a GPA cutoff? If that doesn't work out, what other choices does she have other than keeping her assistant job?

Please give me some feedback as I really want to help her out..
