Colleges with No/Minimal Attendance

This is perhaps more general than just an online degree search. My situation is that I have a hard time sitting through class and am much happier doing independent study. In particular I study mathematics on my own and I believe I could simply sit down and pass the final examinations in a few days if I were given the opportunity. I went to UCLA before (but I didn't finish because of money issues) so I'm not just full of myself, I know what it takes and I don't just *think* I have the knowledge. Is there any college or online degrees that don't have timelines, deadlines, and are work at your own pace (specifically in mathematics, but I would be willing to complete any humanities or science or degree at this point, I just want a diploma). It doesn't necessarily have to be online, I just need some help in the right direction. Even online degrees that I have seen appear to operate with a somewhat long timeline rather than work at your own pace. I can tolerate doing homework and whatnot, but I don't like waiting for deadlines to come around to get my next assignment. If I could find a program like this I would save myself a lot of time, frustration, and hopefully money. Thank you.
