Penn State- THE Penn State is offering online degrees. The degrees do not contain anything on them that would reference an online education nor do the transcripts. The courses are also fully transferable to their traditional program.
So just how selective is the online program? Does Penn State still maintain its notorious selectivity or do they lower the bar a bit? Anyone?
