-Anthropology major + Russian minor if you're interested in the peoples and cultures of the former Soviet Union. Linguistics is included as a subfield of anthropology.
-Anthropology major + Linguistics minor if you're interested primarily in Linguistics, including its cultural aspects. Russian would be a tool language for your linguistic studies.
-Russian major + Anthropology minor if your primary interest is literature, including such aspects as folklore. Linguistics might be studied as part of your Russian language studies and its social/cultural aspects as part of your studies in Anthropology.
-Russian major + Linguistics minor if you're interested primarily in Russian and Slavic linguistics. Anthropology might be studied as an aspect of linguistics (i.e., linguistic anthropology).
-Linguistics major + Russian minor if your primary interest is Linguistics. Cultural aspects of linguistics might be studied in linguistic anthropology courses.
-Linguistics major + Anthropology minor if primary interest is Linguistics including its cultural aspects. Russian would be a tool language for your linguistic studies.

of course, there's no rule that says a major + minor fields need to be related to each other. The combination simply might reflect the breadth and diversity of your interests.
