For those schools, Samford and Auburn, you will apply for prepharmacy. You're normally accepted into LAS. After you complete the pre-pharm courses, you'll take the PCAT, and then apply to the pharmacy college.
0-6 programs combines prepharm and pharm. You only apply once.

UMKC is actually the only 5 year school. You take one year of prereqs than 5 year of pharmacy.
University of Texas is a 4 year school.

Hmm... I wish I had taken advantage of the 0-6 year plan, but I did not. If I attend UGA for my first college year, and then could I transfer to a 0-6 year plan college, such as Albany College of Pharmacy? Would the 0-6 year colleges still accept me or not? Someone told me they wouldn't because I would've already attended a college, but by looking at Albany College of Pharmacy's website, I get the feeling that you can attend a college and transfer over for the 0-6 year plan; however, I'm still confused, so any feedback would be appreciated.

Patel, Only a phone call to them will 100% answer your question.
We would all be speculating.

The University of Kentucky has one of the best pharmacy schools in the country. I know they were ranked in the top-10.

You can in theory transfer into a 6 year school at the 3rd year if you already have college credit. In reality, there are very few openings, and they tend to reserve them for current students at the university.
