In addition to schools usually mentioned for their foreign language offerings (e.g., Chicago and Penn on the university side of things and Middlebury on the LAC end), you might want to consider the Three Language Program at the University of Delaware:

For you, I also suggest looking at schools that offer a Romance Languages and Literature major. I know for a fact that JHU, Dartmouth, and I think Harvard offer them; there are probably a good amount more. Most schools' RLL major give students the option of studying 2 or 3 Romance languages where one will me the main language.

As for a personal note, I love Gtown's FLL. When it came down to picking a school, it came down to Gtown and Brown. Ultimately, I chose Brown, and I'm very happy with my decision, but I've met a good handful of Hoyas that said they chose Gtown solely/mainly for the FLL, and although Gtown wasn't exactly a perfect fit for them, the FLL was worth it. Although Brown isn't renown for language and linguistics like the FLL, I ultimately wound up choosing the school that suited me the best overall. This is from a prospective linguistics and French language major.

Harvard does. They actually have a lot that you can combine with linguistics, and there are a lot of options there.
