What other subjects would do good as a double major with Economics?

For example: Economic and Mathematics double major or math or a duel major

Economics and Political Sciene double major or as a duel major

Would double majoring give better career opportunites?

Im an economics undergrad and am transfering to san jose state next fall. I was feeling kinda self-conscious bout majoring in economics and was thinkin bout either switching majors or picking up another one. I saw the suggestion of majoring in economics and math and i think thats a killer idea! I think thats what ima do.
