Well, it's a good preparation for a grad program in physical therapy or sports administration.
Also, teaching physical education or health education, possibly some public health programs focused on prevention/lifestyle modification.

Good prep for grad school in:

Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Medicine
Medical specialties: dental, optometry, etc
Athletic Training (if you attend a school w/ an undergrad AT program, since most AT grad programs require that you be certified)

Careers:
Athletic Training
Physical Education
Coaching
Health Education
Sport Administration/Mgmt
Personal Training
Health/Fitness Management
Public Health Administration

At my school all Kinesiology majors take the basic anatomy & physiology, chemistry, physics, psychology, etc., as well as an "advanced core" that all options take of Sport/Exercise Psych, Sport Sociology, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, Motor Control. Then each option (pre-pt, AT, sport & rec mgmt, community health, etc.) have their own series of core courses.
