Need a desperate help for what major suits me best?

Hi all
This is really bugging me so please help me out.

OK let me explain everything

At high school, I loved math and bio but I hated history, physics and chemistry.
I’m kind of person that get things done so although I hate them my grades were always A+.

I’m not telling I’m intelligent and all but I got admitted at med school in my country.
(It was hell tough like everywhere else and we didn’t need to take BS before applying but it’s 8 year program and I’m at 4th year)
I don’t know whether I like medicine itself or I like it because it was hard to get in to.
I don’t like taking full history or physical exam, its waste of time and I hate morning rounds but I like knowing about human body and I like watching procedures and especially I like Emergency room and in the end I like the fact of helping people get better. I’m not a good memorizer so I suck in drugs but I get pathophysiologies well. I never attend my classes fully – only 2-3 sessions if that many. I study when I have to and for the exams, it’s at their time and my GPA is 3.4.
The problem is when I watch “house” or “grey’s anatomy” I fall in love with medicine.

I like working in Lab or it is better to say this way: I like working with my hands. And I learn things by experiencing 2 times better!

On the other hand I enjoy computer a lot and I’m really good at it but I hate programming or other academic stuff. I spend 50% of my time on pc doing any stuff. I am bond to internet!

I love arts (any kind of esp. photographing and dancing), I enjoy watching people performing art in any kind but I guess I’m not good at them (actually I never tried one- how can I find out?) but I know one thing about myself for sure and that’s: when I get attracted to something eg. Learning salsa / design web pages, I won’t stop till I master it and in the end I would. I also love interior design but I don’t thing I have sense in it.

I know I hate law, agriculture, anything about roads or constructing buildings, economic, philosophy, zoology. (Right now only these came to my mind)
Never followed sport professionally and I think it’s a little too late for that.
My hobbies are watching movies and reading and jigsaw puzzles.

I really want to make lots of money so I can travel all over the world. I believe people should do what they love most because they might die at any second. So the fact that I can’t figure what should I do myself is really hurting me. I fear I’m wasting my time in wrong road while there is other thing out there better for me and on the other hand what if this is the real good thing for me and by changing my current situation I realize I lost everything.

Now I’ve got the opportunity to choose whether changing my major or continue this in US so help me figure out what to do. Please please please.

I know it was such a long post, thank you all for your time.
English is not my mother tongue so I apologize if there is any mistake in my writing.

Don't take this personally, but somehow I think I would feel safer knowing that you are not going to be my doctor someday...

You say you really like working with computers except when it comes to programming. Have you considered going into a technology-related field? Like information technology, network security, systems management, computer graphics? Could you see yourself designing computer simulations (computational engineering)?

I am not sure the internet is the best place to make life-changing decisions. Are there people you can talk to in person, either people who know you well, people who are working jobs you might be interested in, or maybe a professional career counselor?
