SAE Engineering Scholarships (12th)

SAE International Scholarships Program: High School Seniors - for the Freshman Year: SAE Engineering Scholarships: SAE Foundation
NOW OPEN
Deadline: January 15, 2012
Majors: engineering, Related sciences includes math, chemistry, physics, biology, technologies, computer science, etc.

High School Seniors - for the Freshman Year
There are multiple scholarships you may qualify for. It will ask a few simple questings when you click on the "Begin the application process online" Link to determine what you can apply for.

Application Instructions:
1.Review the Frequently Asked Questions before completing the application.
2.Review the details for each scholarship listed below.
3.Begin the application process online. You will be prompted to answer some qualifying questions regarding citizenship, gender, GPA, relation to SAE members, etc.
4.At the end of the qualification process, you will see the list of scholarships for which you qualify (if any). Print a copy of this list for your records.
5.You will then be able to download the application, which you should save on your computer as a Word document.
6.Complete and sign the application. All applications must be typed (hand-written applications will be rejected).
7.Review the completed application with your high school guidance counselor and request their signature to confirm the information.

Submit the following documents by January 15:
1.Completed application with signatures
2.Official high school transcript*
3.SAT/ACT scores (if not on transcript). A copy of your scores printed from The College Board website is acceptable.
4.Any additional documentation required for each scholarship (letters of recommendation, etc.)

Have any applicants for this SAE scholarship been notified yet? No way to even confirm if they ever received the application, but it seems like maybe they have notified the winners by now. Website says "by June".
