Ok, I got my letter today!!! I am a Texas resident. I sent my application the first day using regular mail (didn't even think about using express smh) and I have been (im)patiently waiting since. I applied last year but didn't send my info until two days after the scholarship opened (school informed us late) so I didn't recv anything. My letter is dated July 12, and says I have until August 4th to reply. I was awarded $4000.00 and my EFC is 0. I am semi nervous now though because I applied listing one school, but I am going to another and I know that changing your school can result in less or no money. The reason I didn't list the correct school is because I hadn't been accepted as of yet. I got accepted right after I sent my info. Has anyone else had to do this in the past? What were your results?

tamuc2012 - May I ask what part of Texas you are from?

amk11b - May I ask what part of Texas you are from and what day did you send it in and whether you did it via express or not.

Does anyone live in Alabama, Missisippi, Lousisiana, Florida, or Georgia? If so, have you received a letter yet?

Indiana Here

I live in Indiana and have not received a letter yet. Sent my letter regular mail on the second day. It would be nice to get something since my FAFSA is 0.
