Not sure if should do ROTC or not???

Im a senior in high school with pretty good grades, and I got a 28 on my ACT. I definitely qualify for financial assistance and such because of my family's financial situation. I have been looking at the ROTC program for a while now and it looks pretty good right now.

I really am not super excited about the idea of military, but I don't know I might like it (I did 4 years of JROTC and attended summer camps, which were fun). Its hard to find other scholarships and I don't know if I'll be able to pay for college without the ROTC scholarship. Please help; I'm just confused!
