Confused

I got a phone call today from the admissions office saying I was academically accepted to the college, but that they have no record of my audition, which I did at the LA Unifieds. I'm pretty confused about this, and I don't know what I should be doing... Any help, doctorjohn?

Anyone else have this problem?

Lost audition?

BeAstar,

This is serious enough that I would email DrJohn directly (you can google him and find it, or PM me) or call him. His phone is undoubtedly listed somewhere on the Otterbein website. Or call the theater dept and ask for his extension.

Good luck!

You're not lost

I don't know why Admissions doesn't know that I saw you in LA. I'll find out and correct that situation. But don't worry, you're in my database and you will be considered at today's meeting. Try to breathe. I know it's not easy. (Tough from this end too, but not nearly as tough as it is for you.)

Best wishes.

Isn't it funny.....
My d would have a heart attach if she answered the phone and they said it was Otterbein! I know this because she just got the mail and there was a letter in it from Otterbein Admissions! After she ripped open the envelope, the letter was to let us know she was granted more money...and her disappointed reply was....oh, it's for more money. Most of her friends are running to the mail looking for more money...she is looking for more acceptances...and we know Otterbein is high on her list, and probably the next one we will hear from!! Good luck to all who are running withus to the mailbox!
