Common Book for 2007-08

I'm sure you've all seen this by now, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway: "This year's book has been announced! The Class of 2011 will have Under the Feet of Jesus by Helena Maria Viramontes as your Common Book." I hope your kids enjoy the Common Book as much as my daughter enjoyed hers; she also swooped down on the library this year when they were giving away extra copies of past year's common books...no wonder we had such a tough time fitting everything in the car when I brought her home in June (we had one extra box just of books - not textbooks - that she'd "collected" through the year!)

Thank You!

Yes, I saw that and ordered a copy from Barnes and Noble so I could read it as well. I have not touched it yet! I need a beach day so I can just lolligag around and read my book on the beach! Yeah, like that will ever happen!
