@ gtfotu I'm sorry if you got offended but it is a fact that the us citizenship does matter especially for aid and need blind admission. And ucla is one of those (like literally all Californian schools- Stanford ). Or admission at all (mit ).
Of course if you're rich the first point is invalid.

I so wanted to apply in Harvard. But my SAT was pretty low, so didn't bother :/
Now if that Beaconhouse guy is the kind of people who get Harvard, I'm so not like him. I wish I were studies was alllll I ever saw him talking about. :/

@perazziman I just had my interview right now for the full scholarship, but I am not placing high hopes on it :/
Richmond does not have a stated official policy that I have read yet whether it will give full demonstrated need to internationals..... So I will have to wait till the official package comes out.
