extremely well said. =D
it does really just depend on u.. =) in the end, its ur choice, ryt?
besides as bill gate said " my friends aced all the exams in college while i failed in some subjects, now he is an engineer at microsoft and i am the owner of microsoft"
bill gates, steve jobs, etc didnt even do MBA.
its just an idea that they had and they made it work, same can be said for google. =D
and education is not necessary to be the best, mostly its just an idea that no one has yet made to work and u decide to make it work. =D

These are two guys who will be graduating in spring from the MBA program at MIT Sloan and they do this show called TheMBAShow. It's hilarious and for people who want or are currently doing an MBA.

Ah, whats there to decide? Financial factors? It is a very commendable achievement in any case

I guess we're all just Harvard rejects.

Still Columbia>Harvard. Warren Buffet (2nd richest guy in the world), a Columbia Alum, is a Harvard reject too. The current Prez, and the most awesome one ever, is also a Columbia alum.

Alhamdulilah financial factors are not a concern. Being an int'l transfer, the transition is hard esp moving from a small lac to a big, competitive ivy. Secondly, I don't want to pursue business as a career but I want to go in policy/economics for grad school. I don't know if a business education is the right fit for me. I am a math-sy person.

Lets see

Columbia is a wonderful school. Have a fantastic time!....... but:

Quote:

Warren Buffet is th 3rd richest man in the world and he went to Columbia Business school for postgrad. He did his undergrad at the University of Nebraska.

If you are attributing Warren Buffets success to his postgrad school, then we can also attribute Obama's success to his postgrad school, Harvard Law school..

Jk...
