well it wasn't much really. the line passed through origin. so it's equation was y=mx. you could equate the curve's equation and that of the line. And then insert dy/dx expression in place of m.
I am mad over myself for not being able to do that part 1 of the iteration question. I left it for late. It started to make sense when I came back to it, but then time was up.
Besides, did anyone else commit the error of choosing 2 -2i instead of 2+2i in that locus question?

oh well i guess 2 marks gone then
anyway i chose 2+2i and got a line that was a perpendicular bisector of the line joining (2,2)
it was of negative gradient btw, but my line didnt even touch the circle.. so i basicallyy just shaded the circle... is this correct?

Ah well. The summer is an exceedingly exciting prospect! The day my exams end I'll be running 12 miles all through Islamabad, from one corner to the other. I did this on a bicycle last year, so I thought would step that up. Its at midnight btw.
And then theres Hunza and Satpara and Astore and that stuff. Very excited about that!
I will also train harder in swimming, try and record better times.

What about you?
