BigG Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 530	Where are the Carrots???? The gargantuan health bill seems obsessed with penalties, fines and requirements. Where are the rewards for pursueing societal goods and goals? Considering the size of the bill, they may be in there somewhere. Why can't we offer insurance companies tax breaks and credits to cover people without regard for pre-existing conditions? What's in it for the worker bees, the health care providers? What provision is there for training more professional health care workers? The bill is looking more and more like a bunch of @@@@@ lawyers indulging their every fantasy.
