The joy of graduation last month is starting to fade into the harsh reality of looking for a job. First order of business: securing a professional-sounding gmail address. My daughter has a fairly unusual name, but already on gmail her firstname.lastname is taken. In all permutations. Her last name is kind of hard to spell, so I'm suggesting to her that she come up with something that doesn't use her last name.
For college she has a firstnameclassof2011 address. The drawback of that is that it broadcasts her approximate age. In some cases that would be okay, but I think it's best to avoid.
Does anyone have any suggestions for coming up with a novel but professional gmail handle?
