Hope you have a fun weekend in SF - it's been very warm here.

We're thinking of driving to Kirkwood for a day of skiing on Saturday. The webcam shows snow there but hard to tell how icy it is.

vballmom,
They announced that Vail bought Kirkwood the other day, so effective immediately, if you have tickets/passes to Heavenly or Northstar they will work at Kirkwood.

We just spent 3 days skiing at Mammoth. The snow was surprisingly good except on the East side which gets more sun. It was fun to see all the "ski week" kids

Cable car is so much easier to say!

Off for one more glorious day in Sonoma before heading in for dinner in SFO tonight.

Shrinkrap...I've only been to Napa once...but we ate at Brix and it was the BEST meal I've ever had in my life (we were there for Sunday brunch).

Look out for Critical Mass! Last Friday of the month, a massive bike ride thru the City...route never announced, but they start down by Justin Herman Plaza/Embarcadero area. Impressive to see, but many car drivers not amused....
