I had cheese and crackers, left over slice of pizza and a very large glass of white merlot. A perfect end to a good weekend.

I made fried potatoes with chanterelles (1:3 ratio of spuds to mushrooms ) and cucumber salad with yogurt dressing.

I made Costco wild sockey salmon on the stove in olive oil and a little butter and the juice from half of a lemon. Brown rice. Costco frozen fire roasted veggies. Easy and good.

buttermilk pancakes and really good maple syrup, with a side of sausage patties...cold weather makes me want breaskfast for supper! :-)

Last night I made my beef stew as it's one of DS's favorites and he is home on break. Tonight, since it is my b'day, H better have made reservation somewhere - though the choices are pretty slim seeing as it's a Monday.
