You are all amazing. In a few month's I will have to put you all to work finding suitable bat mitzvah outfits for my 13 yr old.
Someone earlier mentioned Forever 21. If you have one nearby it is worth a look. The stuff is cheap. Not well made but for the price it can't be beat.

My daughter has probably two dozen dresses from 21. They are great summer dresses. But for a dressy occasion, she always goes for BCBG from Bloomingdales. She is very thin and their XS fits her perfectly.
