It seems that Vanderbilt and the other schools in Nashville survived without damage, but it was closer than I thought. My son was giving me the no-worry, its no big deal attitude last night, so either he was unaware of how bad the storms were, or he was trying to keep me calm.
Very warm, humid weather followed by a cold front always, always, makes me nervous. When I saw the forecast for Nashville a few days ago, I was not so happy.
