A friend of mine said
"I love to watch the TV"
Right on her Facebook!

She simply doesn't care
what anyone thinks of her
she just loves her shows.

I can be brave too.
Yell, American Idol
In my loudest voice!

I love TV too!
Maybe Jack Bauer will save me
Monday night at nine.

Perhaps I could win
Jeopardy one of these nights
In my living room?

TMZ might want
to film my every move
or ask what I watch?

TV is my friend
when all are in bed asleep
I watch House on tape!

I might diagnose
an illness in my sleep or
dream up a new cure.

Widower and friend stay too!
Idol holds much hope!

with my awful voice!

Never watched Idol,
but we have a weakness for
Dancing with the Stars.

geek_son likes it too --
favorite teacher of all time
taught some ballroom dance.

Junior son surprised me
"I could write college essays
about origami."

Mathmom likes to boast
She never watches TV
Season 7 - M*A*S*H?

No PTA here,
well-intentioned, annoying
Booster club leader.

Thinks she invented
volunteering -- lots of us
been there from day one.

Wants a collective
graduation party -- sure,
she'll collect, alright!

Heart's in the right place,
or at least I think it is,
but her manners grate.

Oh mathmom, that rocks!
Origami-writing son,
sounds like lots of fun!

Writing an essay
must just be a painful act
for a teenage guy.

But your son offered
a college essay subject --
now, that's the spirit!
