And the march of America to a 3rd world economy continues at breakneck pace. I think the past 12 months have even surpassed my tremendously negative predictions. Buckle up people, it's gonna be fun!

So you expect a president to magically be able to fix every problem in the country, ever.
I expect one of those hope & change speeches where he makes all those inner city kids perform at MIT academic levels and start having wholesome relationships in marriages. Oh wait, nevermind, the march to the Idiocracy continues.

"Moreover, communities must begin to stigmatize this behavior as it has given rise to a growing parasitic class economically, with fewer and fewer productive people to pay for it all."

Agree completely.

Don't worry, we can just import more low skilled laborers to pay for it all. Oh wait, that doesn't really make sense...

I agree with the above quote and I don't think it's just the lower class that no longer stimatizes it.

As for the post upthread that said the highest teenage pregnancy rate ever was in the 1940's, how many of those teenagers were married before pregnancy? I bet a heck of a lot more than now. If the unmarrriage teenage pregnancy rate was higher in the 1940's than now, I'd like to see the source of that info.

Do you mean to tell me that Obama has been in office for nine whole months and still hasn't stemmed the tide of teen pregnancy in America?
