Don't be naked

In your own kitchen:

Coffee-making naked guy rebuffed by exposure charge - wtop.com

Is thir ridiculous or what?

Quote:
SPRINGFIELD, Va. - Eric Williamson faces an indecent exposure charge after a passerby saw him in the buff in his own home making coffee.
It happened at 5:30 a.m. Monday.

Channel 5 reports the woman and 7-year-old boy who saw him naked apparently had cut through Williamson's front yard from a nearby path.

Williamson, 29, says he didn't know anyone could see him.

"If I stood and seemed comfortable in my kitchen, it's natural. It's my kitchen," Williamson tells Channel 5.

They cut through his yard? Could he be seen from the street? Otherwise I think these people are what used to be called "peeping toms".

A trial lawyer, who is not connected to the Williamson's case, says the state will have to prove that Williamson knew people were there for them to get a conviction on the charge that carries a one-year jail term and a $2,000 fine.
Good luck to the state - what a great use of public money

Jeez, can you hear the 911 call: "Hey, it's still dark outside and my kid and I were in some guy's yard without permission and happened to look in his window and saw him naked, so please come arrest him."

I had never spent much time in the back of my backyard until we built a pool. Sometimes we'll take a night time swim and other members of the family will be upstairs. It is quite an eye opener to see what the neighbors have been seeing all these years!

Will ACLU fight for this guy? As long as people on the road do not have view of seing him naked, he has a right to be in house as he pleases?

Why did this girl decided to go to his backyard and look into his home window?

This is one of those cases that's so crazy that it's hard to believe it's true. As one of my Ds usually says when she hears stories like this, people are stupid. And I don't mean the naked guy!

It reminds me of a story I heard (and saw) a couple of years ago about a man who was selling a beautiful antique dining room table online. The photo he included was one he had taken of the table in his dining room. His image was caught in the reflection of the mirror over a sideboard, and, unfortunately, he had taken the photo naked! What amazed me is that he didn't notice prior to posting it online. Or maybe he didn't care. It was pretty funny.

I don't see the problem here. Use some logic, people: Anyone who makes coffee naked is probably a sodomite. And since the race-mixers won't let us enforce the sodomy laws, we have to use other legal maneuvers to take these people down once and for all. I don't even feel safe trespassing and peeping in my own neighborhood anymore, with all these naked, coffee-making, Masonic sodomites running around in their kitchens.

Mark Twain: "Clothes make the man. Naked people have little or no influence on society."

I visited the Mark Twain House in Hartford earlier this week and bought a book full of his pithy sayings. This quote seems so perfect for this odd & funny story.

The article has been revised with a version of the story from the woman making it look worse for the guy. I predict this story will just disappear, however.

Masons wear aprons.

I am reminded of the ancient joke; A woman called the police to her apartment to report a man sunbathing in the buff. The officer asked where the man was. She pointed out the window. The officr looked and said he didnt see anything. She said "You have to use the telescope.".

The same page with that article also has a picture in the side bar under the title "Picture this" with the caption "What's going on?" -- which shows a dog demonstrating the proper attire needed for looking out the window from one's own home:
